Finishing Touches

My new favorite cereal!

Just had to show you a picture of my new favorite cereal - I love it so much I even had a dream about it! (pregnancy really does crazy things to you!) 

I discovered this cereal at Bryan's grandparents and liked it so much that his Grandma gave me the rest of the box. (Mind you - I DID NOT ask, she offered!) The only catch was that she buys it from Costco. So since we don't have one here I have very sad when the day came for the box to be empty. That is when I had my dream  - my dream that they were going to open a Costco in Fort Collins! It was a great! Unfortunately it was only a dream. However, I thought it was so funny I told his grandma. And true to her sweet nature, she brought me another box! Isn't that just the nicest thing?!?

Nursery Progess

This is what my nursery looked like a week ago....

Don't ask about the ugly brown chair  - it just somehow got thrown in here too! 

I was unsure as to how to sort thru this mess, especially since bending over is kind of hard these days. Thankfully I have the BEST mom, who offered to help out. 

And now my nursery looks like this....

It still has a ways to go, as the walls are kind of bare. 

But this is a HUGE improvement. Thanks, Mom! 

And thanks, to my wonderful husband for putting together

baby's crib!

Happy 2 Year Anniversary!

Yes, our anniversary was over two weeks ago, but I just had to post some pictures anyways!

VERY LAST MINUTE, we decided to get-away to Estes Park for the weekend. 

It was still winter up there! 

 

We stayed at the Boulder Brook - ours was the upper studio apartment.

 

Taking a short hike to Bridal Veil Falls - emphasis on SHORT, since I can't go as far 

being 34 weeks pregnant!!

Bridal Veil Falls was the first hike we did together as "friends", before either of us really knew where our relationship was going.

 Bryan says that the name of this hike was prophetic, for eight months 

later I would be his bride!

Pregnancy Pictures

My dear friend, Cailan offered to take pregnancy pictures for me last week. Although I was excited to do this, I was also unsure of how I would like seeing myself SO pregnant. However, Cailan really knows what she is doing and I am MORE than happy with the results. Since I don't have a complete photo CD yet, you can see a pre-view the photos on her blog site here. Enjoy!!

Spring Recitals

This past month my students have had two recitals. 

One at the Good Samaritan retirement home...

...And the other at Good Shepherd Bible Chapel for their friends and family. 

I have taught a total of 21 students this year which is more than I have ever had before.
It has been alot of work, yet so fun to work with such a variety of ages and skill levels.I love it!

And these are two other cute kiddos that were not pictured in the other photos, 

just in case you were counting! :)
